Sketchup V6 to Navisworks V12 problem

I cant get sketchup V6 file to open up in Navisworks V12, anybody any ideas?

I don't know. Why don't you throw us a bone? Make it possible for someone to help you. Tell us what you've tried in order to get it to work. What file type are you exporting from SketchUp? Have you tried getting support from Autodesk?
