    Just gone pro8 to make some dynamic components in the components Attributes dialog box when I enter values in say the LenX box = then the dimension on pressing enter the text in the box changes to # = 5cm and the text turns red is there some thing that is wrong with the component

      Click the litte "Inch" ruler at the top-right of the dialog to switch to cm, them drop the units.Hi Victor,

        The ruler is already set to "cm" units the model is set to architect millimetres

          The issue is you including the Units in the formula field. The field is looking for integers.

            But right, no unit needed.
