Help me convert .dxf to .skp.

Hi,

I have this .dxf file that I hope someone with Sketchup Pro will help me convert to .skp.

Once I'm done drawing I hope you will help me make it a .dxf again.

It's a .dxf of this amplifier case by hifi2000: http://www.modu.it/slimline.html

What unit was it made in? (Need to know for proper scaling at import)

Edit: seems to have been drawn in millimetres. Note that my template is in centimetres so change the units under Model info if you work in other.
There were some errors SU fixed.

Edit: I believe the .dxf is in mm. I work in mm too.

Then change my units to millimetres.
