Cube with curved cutouts - offset limit problem

I am trying to draw a cube with curved "cutouts" through 3 sides (pic attached). I was able to use the push pull for the 1st side and partials on the other two, but I ran into the "offset limited to..." error. What is the recommended way to complete the push?

Press Ctlr and go on PP'ing. You will need to do a bit of clean-up afterwards (also maybe an intersection before the clean-up).
