Vertical line removal
-
Hi chaps,
Being new to SketchUp you may be hearing from me a lot, so . . . how do I delete the vertical line without 'making a hole', in the image attached? Thanks for your help and excellent forum,
John L

You cannot "remove" it as it is needed to define a face. Use the Ctrl+Eraser tool to soften it. You can see these softened (or hidden) edges when turning on hidden geometry under the View menu.
And please, call it a model, not an image. Images are 2D raster things while this is a 3D model.

Thanks Gaieus,
Sorry about the terminology - model next time.Regards
