Automatically Generate Model From Imported Attributes

Does anyone know about a plugin that can generate automatically from imported attribute values? I know that ruby can be used to control sketchup in this way, but wanted to see if something existed first.

Well, that's not an easy thing to answer. Technically ANY "importer" does exactly what you're asking. It all just depends on what format your data is in. Have you created any standards for your data attributes?
