Please can you help me ? how to open holes or shapes on curved faces.and why cant I push / pull them ?

If they are really curved (I cannot see from here), you cannot PushPull through. Either try to display hidden geometry (View menu) or rather PushPull a shape through and intersect with the model.
Could you attach the skp file, too?

sure I can attach .skp file.
what I want to do on this is to create an envelope for my building and open some holes on this
but I cant , I wonder how to to do it ?
