Sketchup compatibility...?

Hi guys!
Im was wondering if I can somehow import Zbrush file in Sketchup? It is much easier for me to make an organic model in Zbrush, especially people but Im looking fow a way to place it in Skechup.
Suggestions about some other sculpting tools more compatible with Sketchup are also welcome!

export the file as *.obj and import it with ObjectImporter Plugin from Jim Foltz.
