Subdivide plugin? Can't find it!
-
I'm not referring to SDS2 or anything that subdivides into tris. There was a plugin that I used a lot that subdivided a surface into random portions and by repeating it on a surface over and over you could get a surface suitable for Greebles or whatever. I can't remember what it is called or if it was feature of another plugin. I thought it might have been part of citygen, but I can't citygen to work to find out.
Anyone remember or use this still? It's driving me nuts trying to find it.

Are you thinking of TIG's triangulate faces plugins?

Hello Jeff, I'm sure its the protrude plugin you are after.

David, those are handy but not quite.
John, you nailed it. The protrude dialog has the "Divide Rectangles" feature I was looking for. Thanks!

I am seeking a plugin that for a while I was using it to make natural stones. I have forgotten the name but when it was applied to a say cube, the result was a subdivided and noisy pull-pushed , stone-like volume. something just like a natural stone. does anyone knows its name?
Ps: I found it : http://sketchucation.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=323%26amp;t=54833%26amp;p=497875%26amp;hilit=noise#p497875
