Build a PC?

Greetings all
sorry if this is the wrong place to post this
I'm Looking to build a PC to a very high spec,
over the past month i have looked at mother board, Processors and Graphic cards
As loads of you are end users and render your work,
What i'm looking for advice on is what hardware would you use and why or you do use
I'm looking for 8-16 core type system, 8-16gig memory, as many graphic cards that can be fitted in
Thank you for any help you can pass on as i'm getting lost with changes in the market

solo has a link somewhere here in the forums to a high spec system that has that kind of push... I'll look or maybe he'll see this.
