How to change mesure please ?

I m looking for change mesure definition
actually I have ''inches''
I would like to have ''cm'' or ''meter'' if possible
thanksp.s. I went on the menu
windows >preferences >model types and choose 'meter model' but nothing changed that's why I ask for it

Go to window/ model info. change it there.
See 'Units' on bottom.

Hi Gábor,
Under Preferences > Templates, you can change what kind of template to open a new SU file with. As far as I know, there is none with centimetres - there are with metres and millimetres though.
You can open a new file then go to Window > Model info > Units. Here set whatever you like - also you can do other changes in style etc. then go to File > Save as template... At the bottom left, make sure to set it as default.
Start a new file and your settings should be made now.
