Plugin sub-layers

Hi,
Is there a plugin which allows creating sublayers in de Layer window? I thought a came across it a while ago in the Plugin Index but I can't seem to find it anymore. Or is there no such plugin available?

Never seen such a plugin. Would be nice to have
What I often do is make numbered layers, like 0HouseA, 01HouseA_interior, 02Furniture etc. I keep top level layers at 0, next level at 1 and so on. It doesn't fold, but it sorts nicely in the layer list so that all the top layers ends up at the top. With imported DWGs with lots of layers it helps a lot to get your own layers at the top

This is the most complex Layer plugin I know of - I am not sure it can "pretend" to make sublayers (they are not possible in native SU and AFAIK cannot be "truly" done in ruby either):
