Trouble using artificial light in Podium and V ray

Hi,
I having trouble in using the lights of both podium and v ray rendering. when i tried to render the scene using artificial lights the objects always appears to be black but no light produced. i tried it on both podium and v ray and appears to be having the same problem. I tried to reinstall sketchup or the podium and v ray but nothings happens.
can anybody help me please.

Hi,
maybe you already solved your issue. It seems to me you have to adjust the intensity on your light, otherwise it will always render as black. Also, check to see if the light is enabled
