Adding tubing to a wireframe object

ok, say i have a wireframe design of something like so....
MiniBuggy Frame Bare by mchlmacdonald, on Flickris there any way i can add tubing to this frame without doing each angle/curve individually????

Tube Along Path will accomplish this also. There is also Pipe Along Path.
Lines to Tubes and the two I mentioned have slightly different results under certain circumstances.
