Apparently this is already available for Windows and Android too, but now (apart from coming out of the closet as a 'trainspotter') you can get Trainz for your iPad, and sit there all weekend building your own virtual model trainset!!

This looks like fun. My kids will be getting iPads soon which I can purloin and enjoy this guilty pleasure (I miss working on my HO layout years and years ago).
