Command line bar

Hello,
I am using VRay for SketchUp with SketchUp Pro 8. One of the functions for vray can only be accessed by typing a command into the command line. Is there a plugin for that? i.e. creating a command line bar?
Alternately, if anyone is also using vray, can you tell me wher I can find the Textures Editor (not Materials editor) in order to be able to control sun and sky.Thanks

I found it.
FYI it's under: render options> environment sampler> GI (skylight) m>However, it would be great if there were a command bar. Does anyone have a script for this?
