Hi Alvin,
This is a new thing now and (as I was told) is a Warehouse bug rather than a SU bug and we can expect a quick fix for it in the near future.

does anyone have encountered the same problem just recently? another thing is i can grab large google map now than before, before i can grab small imagery but i can add imagery, it was better before because i can clearly seen the vegetation when i zoom in the map in sketchup.

Hi,
I had no problem so far. When I read this thread I've tried it and it is also a blank page.

Sure. Here is another topic and the official Help Forums are full of complaints, too.
http://forums.sketchucation.com/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=34979There is a fix promised for this problem and it will hopefully be also fast (Google is aware of it and they are working on it).

but what really exact happened, is it the problem in google maps? or in sketchup?

Well, if I understood the technical details, I would not be allowed to tell
so fortunately I do not understand them.It does not seem to be in SketchUp as I was informed. See the other topic where autarchos came back with his answer he got from Google.

hi,I think everything is getting worst now,i'm trying to add location now in sketchup and everything is the same just like what i said earlier in this forum section, but when i tried to visit the location of my site, what i saw is black, grey and violet imagery. it was not the same when i visit it earlier this week, the imagery was clear but not today when i visit it, hope they can fix it soon..

Seems to be working again - without needing updating, so a server side issue?
Excellent!
