WizMouse - enables clever scrolling

WizMouse is a super little app that rest in your system tray and is very light on resources.

It allows page scrolling via the scroll wheel when hovering over a window, even if it is out of focus, and without having to click into the window first to bring it into focus.
WizMouse can also enable mouse-wheel scrolling in applications that do not support it, or those where mouse-wheel support is glitchy and/or unreliable (if you’ve ever had to resort to the arrow keys to scroll down because the program would not respond to the mouse wheel, that would be an example).
Doesn't do anything for SU but it's useful if you are looking at multiple pages and would like to be able to browse without constantly focusing each window.

Darn. I was hoping that I could finally scroll in the Component browser with my wheel (I cannot believe they have not fixed it yet - I remember when we were begging during SU 6 already).

It does scroll the component browser. It didn't notice that before

Hohóóó!

Thanks Rich. I tend to install as few little gadgets as possible (while testing things, one installs so much garbage anyway) but this has been driving me crazy ever since I started to use SU and have never been able to get used to NOT being able to scroll the Component browser.
On top of all, a very polite, little app. It asks if I want a startup menu item (no, I never use the startup menu), a desktop icon or a quick launch icon (no thanks, I only have three icons there) so hats off!
