I asked and it turns out she stole it from someone else who stole it from someone else.... so I may not be able to say Real Photo.

It still could be a real photo. I would tend to guess it is, or at least it could be. I've seen similar. Some of the mountain lakes are so clear, it appears the boats float on top when the water is smooth. My cousin has a similar shot he took, I'll see if I can find it and post it here.

Here it is, this was taken on Leigh Lake in Teton National Park, Wyoming.

OK, obviously not identical, but it shows the idea. The water is soo clear on some of those lakes, its amazing.
