Which texture or rendersoftware

I design buildingplans in Sketchup. I would like to match the style of texture like the picture. Is there some sort of texture or rendersoftware for Sketchup which i can use to match this style

You do not really need to use any special rendering application for this. SU has some eye catching styles - although I would still model in a standard style and only switch for presentation purposes.
Search for some of Dave Richard's styles shared in the Components/Materials/Styles forum.
