Diagonal lines on wall faces?

Hi all,
After putting a window into a wall panel, there are now diagonal lines that have appeared from the upper corners of the window frame to the lower corners of the wall. Also one wall without anything on it has a diagonal across it. Does this mean anything??

It could mean that you have inadvertently distorted the wall with placement of something or by moving something, even slightly. Please post an image so that others may help you.
