How do you get the house plan for this house, or did you design it from your own mind

I like it...
Lots of details - even in the textures you've used... (i.e. the glass marks on the sofa table...)
The crit I will give is related to the ceiling texture, which is repeating...
Not sure if it's made in post pro or if it's a feature of Shaderlight, but it look blurry or like you've made a too strong bloom effect...Overall really nice and I'm sure any client will be happy with such a render...
