Is there a way to control the state of Outliner (and other windows) ? Because A lot of Sketchup functions are slowed down when Outliner is opened. I'm thinking if it's possible that a script that is influenced by Outliner's state, to be able to collapse it, or at least to close it. ❓

Sketchup.send_action(21513) will shrink the outliner, although it will only work on Windows. I'm not sure if it will help or not.

There is a script [Jim's ?] that will roll-up the Outliner on a PC. I've used it inside some recent susceptible scripts but Mirror is quite old so it doesn't have it. The bug is with Outliner not the scripts... I'll look at implementing something in an update of Mirror BUT in the meanwhile ensure that the Outliner window is not 'open' when running ANY script that makes or manipulates groups...

I have Sketchup 8 Latest version PRO and run windows 7 64bit. I install the Mirror 3.5 and when I make a simple group and mirror it crash my sketchup. Any help?... Do I have to Install the old version?

              Thanks.

                Thanks.

It fails if Sketchy Physics is installed - it seems that that script rewrites some core Group methods that Mirror needs and so it splats. Try temporarily removing SP and see if it works - if not we have another problem...

I uninstalled the SP and nothing happened so we still have the same problem. Maybe we need some more stable solution for Sketchup 8. I try Sketchup 7.1 and works fine, the latest version crashes...

                  My 2 cents.

Thanks for your hard work. I love mirror plugin.

I have now made v3.6 which might just avoid the glitches caused by other scripts clashing with API methods. It now copies groups quite differently... Download it from here http://forums.sketchucation.com/viewtopic.php?p=276512#p276512
