Does anyone know which are the ruby files used in the plugins marked with red ellipse and what exactly is the plugin's function??

Why don't You run them with the Ruby console open - may be we can see what is the plugin being directed?

Scenes transition times might be something from Rick Wilson. MAybe off smustard.com? It might be a part of his presentation bundle. EDIT: - Nope, appears to be Morrisdov's Proper Animation.
