Some of my works
-
héhé seems my dear friend Orgelf don't know the power of the plugins or functions
About the Offset : in normal way you can only choose a single face so some tiedous
Use the multiple face offset by RemusAbout the cut Frame there is the automatic Latticizer by TIG
See this post for some "Vitraux"
or this very interesting one (some tuts inside)About the divide surfaces, the new plug Vertex tools by Thomthom insert a vertex on a face in a second!
etc...So take a day for make a little divided leaf is some time losted for creation! I make the same in 30 seconds

my last work , a robot moto, I was imspired a lot by the confederate fighter
the model in Sketchup and a render in Blender 2.53 .
-
Hi Orgelf, you are an artist, very good work.
-
thanks alex 1811
here is a new picture of the same moto, and a new render with Blender and Photoshop
-
Great last one, amazing.
The model I mean, I personally prefer the SU render. A european comics fun always. (or I should say Belgium school?)
Exceptionnelement beau monsieur!!!
But what's your method to export to blender?
Now I can upload this thread at last. Attachments is the key. -
I don't know if it is belgium or french style ! let's just say it's mine
thanks for all your coments , it helps me to continue !
I prefer the Sketchuip render too .
I use this tutorial . Work only with Sketchup 6 .
yes, I think attachments is a good thing to do for pictures
-
Google earth 4 (SU 6) works indeed but some faces with inverted normals still exist. OBJ is much better but you need SU pro.
-
nice work
