Best plugin for DWG import

what would be the best plugin to import and deal with a DWG file ?

No plug, version PRO isn't enought ?

it is enough, but, still there are some "unclosed" shapes for example...
I was wondering if there was something that'd do some clean up into the dwg...

Unclosed? As in you can't create faces because the edges aren't fully connected?
That would not be resolved by a different DWG importer - as it's the DWG file itself.Though there are cleanup scripts - Todd B got a suite of those. One of the scripts is this one: http://www.smustard.com/script/ExtendCloseLines
