Bug Splat when exporting animation

Hi everyone! I been using SU for a couple years now, and i finally found out how to add scene and animation. One thing though, i can't export the animation in avi file, it keep crashing on me (Bug Splat). I want to export SU animation and import into Kerkythea and rendering the animation but i can't get it export from sketchup. What did i do wrong? Please help me out, any comment would be appreciated. Thanks!

I have two machines, both with WinXP, and both with SU 7 and SU 8. Both SU versions splat on one machine and not on the other. Uninstall, and reinstall didn't fix it. Restore system to earlier date did, but is a acceptable solution for other reasons. You can try that, I hope to find a solution for myself eventually:-(

Thanks Hono! I found the solution through google. Heres is how to do it:
- Open sketchup - Window tab- Preferences - Open GL - and uncheck USE HARDWARE ACCELERATION
It should work.
