Hello this is my first attempt at some interiors using Podium. I am still getting some "hotspots" and can't seem to find a way to get rid of them. Is post production the only way?? I am still learning so any comments/crits or advice is greatly appreciated.

        hi julie,
they are quite good already. I bet you are using V2.

about the hotspots, in v1.7 they will go away if you use the best presets (quality and noisy). probably, it is the same in V2; in this case you should try using the interior_high or the interior_QMC presets. I hope it helps.

          HI!
your images are really good... what materials did you use and what shadow and podium settings? I am getting grey walls even with white coloured materials and the rendered images become very dark.
          Please suggest...

Great modelling Julie and nice results with Podium!

I see the light 'hotspots' in two of the images. Must be a real bummer for you to get those when otherwise your results are so great.

                Regards, Ross
