    Hello -

If I understand correctly, a single terrain import from google earth is a maximum of 2500 points.

Does anyone know of an easy way to count the points on my terrain imports, to determine if I've maxed out?

It wouls be pretty easy to write a script that would tell you the vertex count, face count, edge count of a selected group/componnent. Would something like that do the trick?

Lately you've been tan, suspicious for the winter.

        That would be great, Chris.

This would be the first step to answer these questions:

        1. Have I downloaded the maximum available detail from google earth? (the idea is that if your sample is 2500 points, it may have been resampled)

        2. What is the resolution available from google earth on the terrain? (I guess if you know you have the max, you can measure the grid?)
