[iRender problem] HELP! MY ANIMATION WONT START

I have my model ready to be a rendered animation.
settings:
render -
size -large
passes - 3timing -
5 seconds
no delay
frame rate 20
3 scenessettings -
compression quality 85
frames before - 10When i start select start animation it opens the irender box ready to go but stays stuck on start animation. This is happening with most of my models however for some it will fully animate. I cant find any similarities.
please help!!
