Arch D with no borders?

Is there a way to have a Arch D size paper in Layout without borders and labels?
In other words, just a blank 24 x 36? -
Yeah, just open the Arch D that has borders and unlock the layer(s) that have the unwanted graphics ('On Every Inside Page' usually) 'Ctrl+A' and 'delete'
