Su 7.1 slows

hi
i use sketchup 7.1 pro work fine until the time that i start to put dimentions than it start to slow down dramatically that it's impossible to work, it orbit and zoom very slow with big delay it geting wors as the time goes.
i un install it and install again without plugins it didnt change.
use a new cumputer i5 cpu with 4 gb grafic card geforce xt 220 1 gb.the same problem with layout 2didnt have the problem with su 6 and layout 1
any idea ?
