Hey everyone. just found the site and gotta say GREAT JOB.
I havent played with CAD software since high school and autocad/robocad days before it became mouse input
I am playing around in sketchup and discovering a lot of nice features and a few flaws in the interface.
Let me explain what my primary goal is.
I have access to a cnc shark woodcarving machine. what im hoping to do is design some models for use in the machine so i can do vacuumforming of car bodies for my radio control cars. problems i am having is finding resources on specific cars.
almost everyone is doing super exotic cars like the porche or lamborghini or bugatti but beleive it or not the cars im trying to do are *isuzu amigo, honda civic crx del-sol, and a few other common vehicles.
If anyone can help me find models of these cars or help finding resources to do it myself i'd be grateful.
