Error to export in 3ds or Obj

Hi everybody !!
I've got a REAL problem and I need to find the solution really fast because my final exam is in one week
I'm creating a bridge between Manhattan and the New Jersey so its really big and HUGE (around 1km)
I created many component, texture, layers but the file is really big ( 30 mo) and I have some problem to export to art lantis..I tried in 3ds et obj. but it doesent work....I think it s because of the "colorate polycarbonate" I put under the bridge...
Someone can help me and export the file to art lantis? in 3ds or obj I dont care plzzzz

(only 7mo) If you have too many latence just untick the layer "equipement1 and equipement2" or "polycarbonate" but I need to see it on art lantis...
