hi everyone I'm trying out Shaderlight renderer... some nice results
    wall-e-and-eve.jpg

I downloaded them from the warehouse, tweaked wall-e a bit, put an hdri around it and tweaked the materials a bit.
The background was blurred a bit extra in PS.

Nice! I heard about shaderlight, isnt it only a beta for now? I will have to sign up and give it a go when I get my computer set up again!

              Nice try! πŸ˜„
Haven't really try it out, but it looks pretty simple or easy app.
But then again the simplicity or lack of function could be a main drawback. πŸ˜‰

πŸ‘ lovely, just a doubt...I've seen the gallery at shaderlight's site... none has spot or point lights... aren't supported?

                  Hi Guys
I'm part of the team developing Shaderlight so it's great to hear so many of you are giving the beta a try. As a beta, the software is not yet feature complete however the full release planned for later this year will contain more advanced lighting features as well as our trademark MELT functionality which lets you update certain scene parameters without restarting the render. The full spec can be found here: http://www.artvps.com/content/shaderlight/sketchup/technical-specifications
If you do have any comments or suggestions, we'd love to hear them so we can feed them in to the development process.
We look forward to hearing from you!

                  Kate
