Exporting DWG Problem with Scale

I have a dwg file that I imported. The scale is way off. It comes in at like 150' when I scale it down to 4', I export it as a dwg. When i re-import the dwg it comes back in way overscaled. I have attached a rar of the dwg file. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Cracula,
When importing dwg files, always check out the import options (bottom right of the file browsing window) and set the units the file was drawn in.
