Automatic Collision Extrusion

Hi everyone..
Is there a way in SketchUp? to do automatic collision subtraction?...i.e. while pulling this brown profile..it detects that there are steps in between..so it doesn't overlap on them and cause Z-Fighting on the top face..and extrudes in the rest of space towards me....?? What I do now is extrude a separate face ...
