    Hi,

I now use my partners laptop for my SU work as it's much quicker and makes using SU much more enjoyable. My old laptop has got all my files and documents on and I still do all of my non-SU work on it.

The laptops are connected wirelessly and so I can access all my files without having to constantly transfer via USB. However, I reguarly keep getting a 'Access to 0.skb is denied' warning. I'm guessing this is something to do with the autosave but not sure??

Is there a way to solve this? Does it mean autosave isn't working??

    Thoughts appreciated. 😄

Are you actively seeking to open 0.skb? If so, the .skb file extension is the sketchup backup file, not the working file, which is .skp
I believe you already know this, so--pardon my repetition above.
I have had similar problems but primarily with a usb storage device which either was running out of capacity or which had some other undefinable problem.
But you are talking about file use between two computers.
My GUESS is that the file should reside completely on the machine you are using, and you should save your work on the machine you are using. Then, if you wish to update the file in the original machine, you should then save a copy of the file to the original machine.
Again, this is just a GUESS.
      Could someone else confirm?

I take the slow, deliberate approach in my aimless wandering.
