Travel Room

I started playing with lighting and it snowballed into what you see here. Funny thing is I made and was testing the lamp in the corner and now it is my least favorite element in the image, ha ha.
The aircraft I got from the old @last forum. The Chesterfield sofas were built by Rob Moors for Form Fonts and I built the trunk and side lamp for FF as well. The corner table is two biplane cowlings back to back with a piece of glass on top and the cabinet server, well I just don't remember where I got that. The wall covering was an image I found on the web.
Some of the elements seem to be out of scale but they are not (other than the aircraft of course). The steamer trunk is a Restoration Hardware desk actually that I just closed and used as a table. The side lamp is also a Restoration Hardware piece.
There are probably many things that could be better and I welcome any comments. I set up the image, hit render and went to bed and woke up to this. I am pretty pleased, I hope you like it too.

The lamp on the tripod, is it from FF too? Or is there a Restoration Hardware site that supplies models? I like it
Also the couches are nicely modelled, are they FF models? Would love to see them in native SU with hidden geometry on, to see how it was achieved, but i'm not asking for that, just curious!
Finally the texture for the floor, kind of a burnt wood, is nice, blends with the wall texture. Where did you get it?
One major criticism........move the blue plane, it blocks Ireland

nice modeling, love the lamp.

Ha ha, thanks guys.
Yes rich the couches and lamp are FF models. Rob Moors made the couch and did a great job. I made the lamp from overall dimensions and pictures.
I cannot remember where I got the floor texture. If I knew it were a free one I would pass it on but I simply do not remember.

WHAT??!! How is your model in front of your toolbar? eh!
models very nice as is render. the sofa is excellent but I suggest softening the sharp diagonal edge on the corners of the cushions. it really stands out. other than thats its perfect ! great collection of models.
