    Scale to certain size on particular face?

      Hello,

      Is there a way to scale a component/group to a certain size regarding a particular face? For instance, I have a group that has a circle face on it, and I need to match exactly (down to the pixel) that face to another circle face in the model. How best to accomplish this?

        i would measure the circle you want the size to be like, then cut that component and paste in place in a new window, use the tape measure tool to size it then copy/paste in plce back into the original file.

          You need not really save it into a new model then reimport. If you group the whole structure you want to scale, and use the tape measure rescaling method while in the editing context of this group, it will only scale whatever is inside.

          To scale an entire model with the Tape measure tool:
