Hey guys. So I have made a simple building with Google Earth imagery for the textures. When I go to export this to a 3ds file to bring it into Blender it only exported one of the roof textures with the 3ds. Anyone know why this is?

Try right clicking and making each face unique.

Show a screen grab of the .3ds export options, me thinks you need to export textures and UV mapping.

What do you mean by a screen grab?
