Its a nice demo indeed. I have installed a few skylight into new and also existing roofs.
I would hope Verlux don't consider this as a do-it yourself-home-handy-man-project. Because if they do, they are going to have a few leaky skylight customers on their hands!

I think they may be leaning that way though... Last pair I installed had instruction sheets with "Tools needed for this project..." on the front.
