Problem with shadows...

I've a problem with the shadows: I try to simulate the shadows for a Photovoltaic module project with sketchup, but look at the pictures attached, the result is strange...
Can you tell me where is the problem? My computer or Sketchup?

In your Shadow settings you should un-tick 'on ground' as this is making the weird shadows because some of your model is below Z=0...
