Can someone point in the direction of a tutorial of how to create clay renders in Podium? I've followed all the info I can find, but my renders are not coming out. I can barely see the model against the background. I know I'm missing something but not sure what I'm missing.

    Thanks

You should receive an answer here, but I would advise asking over at the Podium forum. There is lot's of great help there.

Choose the colour of the front face. Select colour by layer. Render.

If you had default tan colour the render will look very pale. I suggest you setup front face colour darker. Power of sun no more than 20 (dark slider) and add soft shadows.

Should we uncheck the sky option in SU when doing a clay render? And what about the background color?

It is up to you if you want to have sky in or not. If you decide not than sky of and backgroound colour off white.
