Probably many of the more experienced users are consciously aware of this, or maybe it is just already habitual:
(Also, it may exist in some tutorial already.)Sometimes you may have to draw additional lines on a mesh in order to do detailed deformation or transforming, like moving vertices to specific locations.
While using the Pencil tool, it seems more precise to click on the destination first, whether that is some point along an edge or some specific vertex, or inference such as midpoint or intersection, and then "draw" back to end of your last line.Moderator: If this is the wrong forum, please relocate.
