HELP - Large File Problems

I am a seasoned Pro/E user with less than a week of SU 7 use. My client sent me a large file to clean up and send back. It is a rendering of a housing development and is 21 megs in size. This thing seems to be put together rather sloppy and runs VERY slow. My machine is no screamer but runs Pro/E very well.
I am looking for a seasoned user who can look at this file for me and see if it is a problem with their file or if I am being a tard thinking this should be like Pro/E
Please send me an email and I will send this file to you. This is due tomorrow evening (Jan. 12th)
