Does this mean you can text while driving?

All joking aside I have seen quite a few near accidents caused by 'mobile to ear' idiots. I have to sadly say its mostly women drivers that I notice doing it and generally their driving is safer than males.

I couldn't believe some fools have brought out a product with a TV screen for the drivers view, at the computer show in Las Vegas right on the heels of most states banning cell phone use and texting while driving. This product makes sence only if you are in favor of a rather violent form of population control.
My wife and I have a long daily commute on the Illinois toll way system and for most of the erratic driving we can see the telltale right hand up to the ear of a cell phone user. We have passed fools with laptops open in the passenger seat as well, and there are the non-electronic variety with open maps and or newspapers. Great fun at 70-75 MPH.
One positive unintended consequence, this sort of driving keeps my reflexes as sharp as a 20 year old

Speed doesn't matter. My friend was (harmlessly) hit by a car as we crossed the crosswalk. Driver was stopped and talking on the phone when she decided to go or took her foot off the brake. She slammed on the brake as he almost went over the hood, he kindly warned her about trying to do several things at once.

Really, I can hardly play a racing game and try to talk in the chat at the same time, now people think its easier to text and drive! Right next to the cell phone talking-I can't even use those fancy headsets while playing the same video game!
