I'm new to Sketchup and I'm used to drawing with CAD (a long time ago). I'm trying to draw up a model of our house and I've taken measurements. But I can't work out how to draw a line of exact length. Can anyone tell me how to do this? I.e. a line 4050mm long.

      Thanks

        Hi Nick,

        1. Start drawing the line in the desired direction
        2. Depending on the template you are using, for instance
        • if that template is using millimetres as a unit, type 4050
        • if anything else, 4050mm
        1. and hit Enter.

        Gai...
