      Hi All,

I'm new to Sketckup. I'm a teacher and I plan to use sketchup with my classes of 7th graders.

The problem I encountered is while going through the tutorials I found the push-pull tool only works if the rectangle is orbited to just the right angle. It's difficult to predict what the angle that works is. Also, only the object in front will push-pull correctly. I tried the same thing at home with version 7 and it works fine. No problems from any angle I tried, so the issue is with my school computers. The version at school is older but I don't know which version it is. Is this a hardware issue? My computers at school are only a year old and are running sketch-up on the network. This push-pull problem is driving me crazy cause I know if it worked correctly my students would love this program.
      Thanks

Id check your graphics settings first, see if theirs anything funny going on there.

to do that, go window->preferences->openGL and tick 'hardware acceleration', if it isnt already
