        Not really. No one has created that tool entirely. Probably the closest thing right now is BTM's sculpting tools. That can be found here:

          Oh I see, but is there a plugin wherein I can select and move my mod 👍 els' vertices, I am currently practicing modelling a car, It would really be helpful.... Thanks Chris

            Do you mean grab only vertices and move/manipulate them?
            Perhaps Didier's projection tool could help? You may have to place c points individually over a group?

            I take the slow, deliberate approach in my aimless wandering.

              You can do this without any plugin.
              Select your move tool and hover the mouse over a vertice. (Dont select any edges.)
              Click and you can move the vertice. 🤓
